Robotic Research awarded Phase II SBIR ENHANCEMENT
April 29, 2013Robotic Research, LLC, an engineering firm specializing in autonomous mobility for unmanned vehicles, was recently awarded a Phase II SBIR Enhancement (an extension to a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract) by the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) to continue development on technology that allows for teams of robots to work together more effectively for “eye on target” capabilities.
RR wins first place in CANINE competition
Robotic Research, LLC’s autonomous robot was top dog in the CANINE competition, announced on June 28, 2012 by TARDEC. CANINE was one of the events showcased during the Robotics Rodeo held at Fort Benning, GA where Robotic Research participated in both the TARDEC and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) competitions.Robotics Collaborative Technology Alliance (RCTA)
